"Not postcards from Greece"

It is a series of linocut works dedicated to the Greek economic crisis.
It was realized in the years from 2010 to 2018.
The particularity of this series is the interweaving of two linocut prints.
Each work is the result of the intersection of two different colored prints. 
Each print has been cut into strips and woven as if it was wool thread in a fabric.
The subjects are of various kinds and are taken from everyday life.
They are therefore far from the philosophy and aesthetics of Greek postcard images.
